I am passionate about getting to know the people with whom I work and hearing the stories of how they came to be where they are today. My unique style and humor allows me to explore my client’s reality from an experiential and non-judgmental place.

We all have unique and powerful experiences in our pasts that currently affect our sense of comfort and fulfillment in our lives. Often times, we have experienced various forms of trauma or received unhealthy messages that remain with us and challenge our ability to evolve into the people that we have always hoped to become. I will work with you to discover new insights and develop skills that will help you to manage strong emotions, have fun and meaningful relationships, and find a greater sense of purpose in your life.

It is very important that you find a therapist with whom you feel is a good fit for your personality and therapeutic needs. For that reason, I am happy to meet with potential clients for an initial 30 minute free consultation. Though this is often helpful to do, it does slow down the treatment process, and you may feel that your struggles should be addressed as quickly as possible.

I work primarily with adults, but will see some teenagers with the involvement of their parents.
